charmed by every detail
great location clean room fantastic staff beyond service
the staff were fantastic, showing welcome. they really were very good in their service, a REAL plus. the hotel is new, a great location i must say. my room was always clean.
i noted that the gym was really tiny, not many weights i wanted.

Breakfast offered quality local products and coffee. The selection was amazing. the in house barista made excellent coffee for me every single morning. staff there was nice.

the heated swimming POOL was lovely, EVEN open in winter. i could work out in the TINY gym. it included some weights. the area was very picturesque.

clean room comfortable space complete amenities efficient air conditioning
the premium double room was well-appointed and clean. i found the amenities complete. the bed was comfortable. the air conditioning worked efficiently.
i noticed some minor wear on the furniture, though it did not significantly impact my stay.

the hotel had a beautiful design. all details looked well considered. the breakfast was also excellent, offering many choices. it included fresh ingredients and the service was attentive.
The bed was quite uncomfortable. the single beds moved easily due to wheels. i found this disruptive during the night. the gym was also very small. Only a few people could use it at once.

smoke smell internet issue
the hotel location was convenient to the train station.
My room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was supposedly nonsmoking. the air conditioning wasn't on when i arrived, so the room was uncomfortably warm. the internet was also down upon arrival. It turned out to be a hotel-wide issue.
